# Rice varieties

NOODLES FRIED RICE

Try this new and exciting Noodle Fried recipe!!
NOODLES FRIED RICE-
INGREDIENTS-
Photobucket
Cooked rice-2 cups
Carrots-1/2 cup (Chopped)
Beans-1/2 cup (Chopped)
Onions-1/2 cup (Chopped)
Green chillies-4-5 (halved)
Noodles-1 cup (Maggi)
Masala-1 packet(Taste maker given with Maggi)
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Cashew nuts-handful
Jeera-1 tsp
Oil-as required
PROCEDURE-
Photobucket
Heat oil in a wok and fry noodles until golden brown and keep them aside.Add little more oil and fry jeera,mustard seeds, cashews,onions until translucent,then carrots,beans and finally green chillies.Once they are fried add cooked rice,fried noodles and maggi noodles masala/taste maker.Mix all the ingredients well and serve.
SUGGESTIONS-Serve hot along with tomato sauce.
